aRMote pilot for LAPTOP-SANTIAGO

1. Extract the entire ZIP to a local folder.
2. Double-click Install-aRMote.cmd.
3. Approve the single Windows UAC prompt.
4. Paste the one-time enrollment code when requested.
5. Keep the laptop online for the first heartbeat.

The installer creates an automatic delayed-start Windows service named aRMote.
The laptop accepts no inbound network connections. Its device credential is
protected with Windows DPAPI and stored in a restricted ProgramData directory.

To remove the pilot completely, double-click Uninstall-aRMote.cmd.

Manual upgrade (keeps the enrolled device credential):
1. Extract the newer ZIP completely.
2. Double-click Upgrade-aRMote.cmd and approve UAC.

Local workload pilot:
1. Double-click Register-ArmoteLocalWorkload.cmd.
2. Approve UAC. The Santiago Python path and both confirmed AIREICA entrypoints
   are already declared.
3. Windows Task Scheduler owns both persistent processes, starts them at system
startup, restarts failures, and prevents duplicate instances. Stopping or
upgrading the aRMote service does not stop those Python processes.
